A self-initiated build exploring how far an idea can travel with AI in the loop. OmniSignal is a continuous-monitoring platform for REIT portfolio risk — a hybrid rules + AI/ML signal engine, a five-role permission model, and a multi-step approval & rework workflow — taken from blank-page PRD to a working, dark-themed prototype end-to-end with Claude in a single session.
- Authored the PRD across four iterations — roles, permissions, risk signals, and compliance scope (SOC 2, FINRA 4511, SEC 17a-4).
- Produced an annotated HTML wireframe storyboard, then a React prototype with live REIT metrics, alert badges, and a full approval-to-audit loop.
- Generated an interactive 4-view workflow diagram and a 7-lane color-coded workflow PDF — every node QA-able against the PRD.
- Orchestrated four Claude capabilities — conversational PRD, artifacts, computer-use build (Python/Node), and past-chat search — into one coherent workflow.
